IMPACT is an acronym that stands for "Intense Mixed Performance Accelerated Cross Training" The concept and program design comes from several years of research and application looking into what modes of training and what sequences of these modes consistently generated the maximum results in the least amount of time. The product of these efforts is our IMPACT program. Think of this as the Best of the Best of the Best fitness lifestyle programs where you get the MAXIMUM RESULTS in the LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME.

Each training session includes a sports conditioning style dynamic warm up to get your energy up, your blood pumping and prepare you for what’s to come. Next is a speed, agility and quickness segment, referred to as SAQ., where you will perform drills seen in track and field events, in foot ball combines and from your grammar school gym class. SAQ is followed by strength and conditioning training. You can expect some traditional and some new strengthening moves to sculpt your perfect body. Expect something totally different than the old school and ineffective body parts splits approach. Just when you think you have truly exerted yourself, get ready for our final phase; a highly metabolic, fat blasting, energy session - just think of this as "new age" cardio. This type of conditioning will leave your metabolism at an all time high for hours following your IMPACT workout. Finally you will be rewarded with some total body stretching and recovery that will leave you feeling accomplished, happy, and successfully inspired.
While the workouts sound intense (and they are) your coach is a qualified professional who knows how to modify the moves for all levels and abilities. You will be instructed to perform as much as you can handle, given modifications for your abilities and will be supported in achieving the results you desire. Do not let fear or intimidation keep you from these classes. In a month your abilities will be heightened and you will be in a new body.
After you register and prior to your program starting, you will receive a welcome letter with the instructions you need to be successful such as details about hydration, what to wear, what to bring, location of class, instructor's contact info, etc. Your program is carefully supervised by a Certified IMPACT Program Director and IMPACT coach who know you personally and are dedicated to you reaching your goals.
Depending on your goals and needs you also have the opportunity to augment your program through several program add-ons designed to really enhance your results. Optional enhancements include: weekly or biweekly weigh-ins and body composition analysis, weekly food log and dietary feedback, and custom meal planning and nutrition coaching.
